Push for Presidential System in Turkey

I have contributed in Michal Bardavid’s very insightful report on constitutional amendments for a presidential system in Turkey.

The constitutional amendments reconciliation commission will start working this week.
Is it legal possible? If yes, how? Are there any models for Turkey’s presidential system?
